Fireworks Products: Johnny Rockets Fireworks DOES NOT SHIP FIREWORKS. Due to safety regulations and the nature of fireworks, we are unable to accept returns on any fireworks products once they have been purchased. We are also not able to ship these items to you. We appreciate your understanding of this policy to ensure the safety and compliance of all our customers.

Other Merchandise: If you are not satisfied with any non-fireworks merchandise purchased from Johnny Rockets Fireworks, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and packaging for the return to be processed.

Restocking Fee: If an item is accepted for return it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you put in an order through the online order for pick up system, with the intent to have it shipped to you (Johnny Rockets Fireworks DOES NOT SHIP FIREWORKS), you will be charged the same 10% restocking fee to cancel the order.
